How habitats work in Pokémon Pokopia
To get a wild Pokémon to appear in your area, you build the habitat it comes from by placing the required items together in one spot. Once the habitat forms, a Pokémon that matches it can show up after some time — which one you get can also depend on the location on your island, the time of day, and the weather.
How many habitats are there?
There are 214 habitats in total: 209 regular habitats (#001–#209) you can build from materials and furniture, and 5 event habitats (E-001–E-005) tied to special items from events and the Mystery Gift system. This page is updated as new events add habitats.
Why isn't the Pokémon showing up?
Double-check the exact item counts (four tufts of Tall Grass, not three), keep the pieces close enough together to register as one habitat, and give it time — spawns aren't instant, and some Pokémon only appear at certain times of day or in certain weather.
